2014 proved to be a growing and productive year in Real Estate. In 2014 we saw an average volume of sales increase of approximately 4.5% and an average sales price increase of 6.5%. Please note the average price and volume increase is just that, an average in the district. Price increases and volume will vary depending on market factors such as sale price range, location, property type, etc. Here are the market stats for Barrie and area for 2014.
