House Hunting

I will have, with your assistance, have a list of qualified homes you will be inspecting. Here are a few tips when viewing the various properties:

• A copy of all MLS Listings you are inspecting will be provided for you to make notes on. Note the neighbourhood, the exterior of the home, the interior layout and finishes, and the extras included
• Note the good points and the bad points
• Ask questions: I will provide you with ample details and comments during the tour, however, if you have any questions or concerns, let me know – No question is too silly or unimportant!

Once you have inspected the selected properties, make a list of all the positive and negative aspects of the properties of interest only. Ask for more details if you like and inspect the survey if available.

Book a second viewing once you have narrowed your list down. Ask about utility costs, schools, neighborhood, amenities, resale values.
