Coming to the end of the year gives us time to reflect on the results of the year and plan for 2015. Someone once said that the road to success is full of parking spaces. Its really easy to find a parking spot and stay where you are. That’s not us. We are not parking. We are on the Road…..

Shelley and I got a lot accomplished this year, met most of our goals and will to continue to work on some others. Its been a year of change for us. Finding our way of working together and tweaking what works and changing what doesn’t. A year of personal challenges too, with lessons learned and successes gained. We learned some great lessons this year. What not to do again and what we should implement. We have a plan for 2015 and are excited to get going….. remembering always to listen to the little voice in the back of ours minds, telling us there is NO PARKING.

One thing I can always say about the business of Real Estate…it is never boring and we are always learning! I’ve been in this business now for over 20 years and the changes over the last few years are evident. With change comes challenges. More so than ever we can say its so important to hire a Professional REALTOR who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, driven and creative. The problem solving creative. One who knows how to get a tricky deal together, knows the affecting factors, law and how to craft an custom offer, and how to manage people and their many different personas and unique situations….its like peeling an onion with many layers (and not crying!). Driven not to give up or get started because its HARD and to be honest and REAL and reflective in the process. We had a number of challenging sales and purchases this year that fortunately have all come together… and we are still working on a couple now. Creative, Driven, Patient, Grateful.

With the New Year just around the corner, this is also an ideal time for us to say “Thank You” to all those who send referrals our way. Showing your vote of confidence through a referral is truly appreciated. Meeting new valued clients this way proves how helpful relationships are in this business, past and present. It really is the cornerstone our business.
